We joined hands with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Region 2 in distributing livelihood starter kits to 36 beneficiaries from our municipality. The 2023 Municipal Meet held on December 12, 2023 at the Municipal Gymnasium. The Local Government Unit of Claveria held its first Monday flag-raising ceremony at the Municipal Gymnasium on December 4, 2023. Community leaders, LGU employees, and uniformed personnel from various agencies participated in the event, showcasing a profound sense of cooperation and commitment to serving the public. In partnership with LGU-Claveria, the DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office 2, led by Regional Director Angel B. Encarnacion, orchestrated a fisheries project awarding ceremony on November 27, 2023, at the Community Fish Landing Center in Barangay Taggat Sur. People’s Day is an excellent representation of how a responsive government can foster inclusivity and provide excellent services.
