Unveiling unity, soaring spirits, and shared commitments at the first Flag-Raising Ceremony of 2024 by our Local Government Unit. Together, we rise, inspire, and forge a path toward a brighter community future. A united front, headed by Mayor Lucille Angelus Guillen-Yapo, Vice Mayor Fredelino Agpuldo, and Sangguniang Bayan Members joined by the 41 Punong Barangays, LGU Department Heads, staff, and representatives from PNP, BFP, and other national agencies, as we stand together in commitment to community progress and collaboration. Our different Barangays gathered here in Claveria to take part in the Bagong Pilipinas Program of our beloved President, Ferdinand “Bong-Bong” Marcos Jr.. This program, in line with the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 001-2024, aims to promote a cleaner and more peaceful community through proper waste management. It’s amazing to see everyone come together and work towards a common goal of building a better Philippines. To the Barangay Captains, Officials and all those who participated, your hard work and dedication are truly commendable. Let’s keep this momentum going and continue to make our municipality/country a better place for all. A new fire truck generously given to us by Congressman Rizaldy Co from the Ako Bicol Partylist. This has been made possible through our initiative and dedication with my father NIA Administrator, Engr. Eddie Guillen. We are beyond grateful for this new addition to our community, which can carry an impressive 1000 gallons of water and 200 liters of foam. Let this be a reminder that when we come together and work towards a common goal, we can achieve great things. Here’s to a safer and more prepared community! Say no to drugs and yes to a safe and productive workplace! Thanks to our partnership with the PNP and PDEA, we are proud to announce that our municipality is now drug-free. Let’s continue to inspire and empower each other to create a positive and drug-free environment for ourselves and our community. Our hearts are filled with empathy and compassion as we distribute burial assistance to our fellow Claverianos in need. We want to reassure all Claverianos that our services are not just about politics but about genuine care and quality. Cash gift distribution amounting to Php500 to our tricycle franchise holders within the municipality was held on December 19, 2023. This endeavor not only demonstrates our ongoing commitment to supporting the tricycle operators in our community but also acts as tangible proof of our unity as we work to overcome the challenges posed by the mounting costs of fuel. Our Annual Year-End Assessment/Review cum Christmas Program 2023. It was a day filled with laughter, reminiscing on our achievements, and setting goals for the future. As a tribute for his 31 years of service, a retirement program was held in honor of our Municipal Engineer, Edgar B. Llapitan last December 18, 2023 at the Municipal Hall Lobby. A spectacular display of athleticism, sportsmanship, and camaraderie has come to an end as we bid farewell to the CSSA Olympics 2023. Congratulations to all the winners who have left their mark in the history of this event, and to all the participants who have pushed their limits and challenged themselves. As a tribute for her 27 years of service, a retirement program was held in honor of our Municipal Agriculturist, Virginia Malapira Lagadon last December 14, 2023 at the Municipal Hall Lobby.
