On September 14, 2023, a historic event took place as the Claveria Rural and Vocational School Senior High School Gymnasium was formally inaugurated and turned over to the school community. This remarkable achievement was made possible through the Provincial Government under the visionary leadership of Hon. Governor Manuel Mamba.

Corazon A. Llapitan, PhD., who took over as Principal III at CRVS on January 14, 2021, stated that the first project she wishes to accomplish is the construction of the Senior High School Gymnasium. Her desire materialised just over a month later when it received funding of P3.4 million from the Provincial Government of Cagayan.

Moreover, Governor Mamba encouraged students to work together and support his advocacy, the “Krusada Kontra Korapsyon.” As the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) approach, the governor underscores the critical role that young minds play in shaping the future of their communities.

The events saw the presence of Atty. Mabel Villarica-Mamba, Hon. Vice Mayor Fredelino D. Agpuldo, Schools Division Superintendent Reynante Caliguiran, school principals from various schools in Claveria, Claire Lunas, PGC Consultant on Education, Barangay Officials from Brgy. Dibalio, department heads, and other consultants representing the Provincial Government.
