Celebrating the essence of our culture, the promotion and sale of locally crafted treasures are vital for a thriving tourism destination. These unique items not only reflect our municipal identity but also enhance our national allure, enriching the entire industry. Kudos to our Tourism and Culture and the Arts Office for their visionary move – the establishment of the Official OTOP Hub. Now, tourists can explore and purchase our distinctive products, transforming their visit into memorable experiences with meaningful souvenirs.

A solemn necrological ceremony was held in honor of the late Honorable Inocencio Baris Tablada, Jr., a former Municipal Civil Registrar and Sangguniang Bayan Member in Claveria, Cagayan. His legacy of commitment, service, and camaraderie echoes through the halls, leaving an indelible mark on our community. As we bid farewell, we reflect on the invaluable contributions that shaped the spirit of public service. Rest in peace, esteemed colleague; your memory will forever live in our hearts and the fabric of our municipality.

Unveiling unity, soaring spirits, and shared commitments at the first Flag-Raising Ceremony of 2024 by our Local Government Unit. Together, we rise, inspire, and forge a path toward a brighter community future. A united front, headed by Mayor Lucille Angelus Guillen-Yapo, Vice Mayor Fredelino Agpuldo, and Sangguniang Bayan Members joined by the 41 Punong Barangays, LGU Department Heads, staff, and representatives from PNP, BFP, and other national agencies, as we stand together in commitment to community progress and collaboration.

Our different Barangays gathered here in Claveria to take part in the Bagong Pilipinas Program of our beloved President, Ferdinand “Bong-Bong” Marcos Jr.. This program, in line with the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 001-2024, aims to promote a cleaner and more peaceful community through proper waste management. It’s amazing to see everyone come together and work towards a common goal of building a better Philippines. To the Barangay Captains, Officials and all those who participated, your hard work and dedication are truly commendable. Let’s keep this momentum going and continue to make our municipality/country a better place for all.

A new fire truck generously given to us by Congressman Rizaldy Co from the Ako Bicol Partylist. This has been made possible through our initiative and dedication with my father NIA Administrator, Engr. Eddie Guillen. We are beyond grateful for this new addition to our community, which can carry an impressive 1000 gallons of water and 200 liters of foam. Let this be a reminder that when we come together and work towards a common goal, we can achieve great things. Here’s to a safer and more prepared community!
