Location: Claveria Police Station (Centro 1, Claveria, Cagayan)
REQUIREMENTS:
To successfully apply for the National Police Clearance, kindly bring the following documents:
One (1) Valid Identification Card (ID) – Acceptable IDs include (but are not limited to):
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- Postal ID
- Voter’s ID
- PhilHealth ID
- Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Walk-in during the specified time to the Claveria Police Station.
- Proceed to the designated application area, where our helpful staff will guide you through the necessary forms and procedures.
- Bring your one valid ID for verification.
- Pay the corresponding processing fee (if applicable).
- Your application will be processed, and the National Police Clearance will be issued to you upon approval.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Ensure that all information provided in the application form is accurate and up-to-date for smooth processing. In absence of 1 valid ID, secure BARANGAY CERTIFICATION as a proof of identity.
- The National Police Clearance is typically processed within a reasonable timeframe, but please allow for some additional time during busy periods. Your Patience is appreciated!
